Kyushu Electric Power (TYO:9508) filed for the listing of $500 million 5.816% bonds due 2036 on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
The bonds will be listed and quoted on the Bonds Market on Sept. 2, the filing said.
Mindax (ASX:MDX) secured AU$650,000 in funding through a binding unsecured convertible note deed with investor Chengze Yu to support exploration activities, tenement commitments and general working capital, according to an Australian bourse filing on Monday after market hours.The note carries 10% annual interest, matures in 12 months, and is convertible at AU$0.033 per share, potentially resulting in the issuance of up to 21.7 million shares, per the filing.The note is being issued under the company's existing placement capacity while discussions for a further convertible note are ongoing, with no binding agreement reached to date, the filing added.

The US dollar weakened against its Canadian counterpart Monday afternoon as hostilities resumed between the United States and Iran.The greenback was down 0.4% to C$1.3857 on last look.West Texas Intermediate October crude oil futures, the US benchmark, jumped 2.7% to $85.65 per barrel. October Brent oil futures, the international benchmark, rose 2.5% to $90.33 per barrel.Comex gold December futures slipped 1% to $4,488.70 per ounce, as expectations increase that the US Federal Reserve will raise interest rates.US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent told CNBC that US growth goals include ending the Iran war behind.
