JSC Kyivstar, operated by Kyivstar Group (KYIV) and part of Veon (VEON), said Tuesday it acquired six solar power plants with a total installed capacity of 105 megawatts for 3.6 billion Ukrainian hryvnia ($80.8 million).
The company said it will supply electricity generated from the acquired assets to Ukraine's unified energy system in accordance with current market and regulatory rules.
