Kumpulan Perangsang Selangor's (KLSE:KPS) subsidiary, PT Infinity Packaging Solutions, has commenced voluntary dissolution and liquidation following a shareholders' resolution, according to a Bursa Malaysia filing on Wednesday.
The unit, which manufactured paper and cardboard packaging products, ceased operations in 2024 and has remained dormant since.
The winding-up is intended to streamline the company's corporate structure and reduce costs associated with maintaining a dormant entity.
