Krispy Kreme (DNUT) said Thursday it signed an agreement with ER Group to open stores in Mauritius.
ER Group will work with Krispy Kreme's existing South African franchisee, KK Doughnuts, the company said. Financial terms were not provided.
Krispy Kreme said it expects about 10 shops to open across Mauritius over the next five years, with the first site to launch later in 2026.
