KPC Pharmaceuticals (SHA:600422) will sell 2.4 million shares it holds in Nanjing Leads Biolabs (HKG:9887) for a total of 132.2 million yuan, according to a Saturday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.
The divestment of the 1.2283% stake will help KPC focus on its core business and optimize its asset structure.
The selling price will be determined according to the secondary market price of the time.
