Konami's Fiscal Q1 Profit Climbs 64%

Konami (TYO:9766) recorded an attributable profit of 32.6 billion yen in the first fiscal quarter, up 64% from 19.8 billion yen a year prior.

Earnings per share jumped to 240.30 yen from 146.32 yen in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday Tokyo bourse filing.

Revenue climbed 34% to 129.5 billion yen in the three months ended June 30 from 97 billion yen previously.

The company expects attributable profit of 101 billion yen, basic EPS of 745.08 yen, revenue of 505 billion yen, and total dividend of 224 yen per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027.
