Kolon Global (KRX:003070) won a contract for the Gunpo 3 District redevelopment project, according to a Tuesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
Korea Trust awarded the 164.4 billion won contract, the filing said.
The project involves the construction of 501 apartment units and auxiliary welfare facilities in the area around 738 Dang-dong, Gunpo-si, Gyeonggi-do.
The construction period is 35 months from the actual commencement date of construction.
Shares of the company fell 1% in recent trade.

ChinHung International (KRX:002780) secured a construction order to build 209 apartment units and ancillary welfare facilities at the site around 223-1 Jeongneung-dong, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, according to a Monday filing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.The contract is valued at 62.6 billion won. The contract period runs until the end of the month, marking 32 months from the actual start of construction, the filing said.Shares of ChinHung International fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
