Kolli Murali Krishna, Gogineni Srinivas to Launch Open Offer for Senthil Infotek on June 18

Kolli Murali Krishna and Gogineni Srinivas will launch an open offer on June 18 to acquire up to 1.3 million equity shares of Senthil Infotek (BOM:531980) at 8 Indian rupees per share, according to a release filed by Synfinx Capital with Indian bourse filing on Saturday.

The offer is for up to 26% of the company's voting capital, with a total value capped at about 10.5 million rupees, the filing said.

Synfinx Capital is acting as the manager to the offer, according to the filing.

The offer opens on June 18 and closes on July 2. Payment is scheduled for July 16. June 4 has been fixed as the record date for eligible shareholders.

The offer follows a share purchase agreement dated April 8, under which the acquirers agreed to acquire a 62.90% stake, or around 3.2 million shares, from existing promoters at 5.50 rupees per share, for a total consideration of 17.5 billion rupees, the filing said.
