Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Proposes Main Board Transfer; Shares Zoom 28%

Koh Brothers Eco Engineering (SGX:5HV) has submitted an application to the SGX-ST to transfer to the main board, according to a Thursday Singapore bourse filing.

The proposed transfer is part of the company's strategy to reflect its stage of development and future growth trajectory.

Listing on the main board will allow the engineering company greater visibility and opportunities for further fundraising, the filing said.

Shares of the company surged over 28% in Thursday trading.
