Kodiak AI on Track for Driverless Long-Haul Commercial Service Launch by End-2026

Kodiak AI (KDK) said Tuesday the company remains on track to launch its driverless long-haul commercial service by the end of 2026.

The company said its autonomy readiness measure for long-haul driverless operations reached 93% at the end of August from 91% at the end of July.

The autonomy readiness measure calculates the percentage of claims and evidence in Kodiak's safety case for driverless operations that are materially complete, the company said.

Kodiak AI shares were 4.8% higher in Tuesday trading.
