Global investment firm KKR will acquire beauty and lifestyle brand Ci Flavors, according to a Tuesday release.
Selling shareholders include Ci Flavors founder Yusaku Horiuchi, consumer-focused investment firm L Catterton, eBeauty Group and Yanagi Capital Partners.
Horiuchi and representative director and CEO Yoshiaki Okura will act as investors alongside KKR in the deal.
The parties did not disclose the deal's financial terms.
