Kioxia Holdings (TYO:285A) profit attributable to owners of the parent jumped to 842.2 billion yen for the fiscal first quarter, from 18.3 billion yen a year earlier.
Earnings per share soared to 1,525.09 yen from 33.75 yen a year ago, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
Revenue soared 415.5% to 1.767 trillion yen for the three months ended June 30, from 342.8 billion yen a year earlier.
For the six months ending Sept. 30, the company expects an attributable profit of 2.112 trillion yen and revenue of 4.157 trillion yen.
