Shenzhen Kinwong Electronic (SHA:603228) is proceeding with its application to issue and offer shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The printed circuit board manufacturer's shares dropped 7% during Monday's morning trade.
The company proposed to issue up to 125,837,100 shares on the Hong Kong bourse.
The China Securities Regulatory Commission sent a notice of filing to the company, which will report any material event to the regulator until the completion of the initial public offering.
Kinwong would need to update its filing materials if the company does not complete the overseas issuance and listing within 12 months from the date of the filing notice.
