Suzhou Kingswood Education Technology (SHE:300192) will undertake a 44-million-yuan capital injection into subsidiary Kede Huiying.
The smart technology subsidiary's registered capital will increase to 50 million yuan from 6 million yuan, with the company maintaining full ownership, according to a Tuesday aftermarket filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
The company also expanded Kede Huiying's business scope to include equity investment, venture capital and financial consulting.
Shares of the printing ink manufacturer and educational services provider closed 8% higher Wednesday.
