Kingsway Financial Services (KFS) said Monday it completed the sale of Trinity Warranty Solutions for total gross proceeds of $8 million.
The deal included $5 million in cash paid at closing and an additional $3 million in seller notes, which may be repaid early at a discounted amount under certain conditions, the company said, adding that the transaction was completed on Friday.
