Kingmaker Footwear (HKG:1170) unit Maystar Footwear agreed to sell a property in China to Zhuhai Ruiyuan Cultural Communications for 50 million yuan, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The property comprises Blocks A, B and C in No. 1 Cuizhu Street in Guangdong Province, China. The seller currently leases factory premises on the property to Zhuhai Ruiyuan Cultural Communications.
The footwear manufacturer will use proceeds for general working capital.
