King Yuan Electronics (TPE:2449) said the cost of its fourth-phase Tongluo Factory project has increased NT$144.6 million to NT$1.44 billion, excluding tax.
The increase follows changes in earthwork policies and curtain wall construction methods, according to a Thursday filing.
The project is scheduled to run from July 2025 to October 2028, it said.

Lotus Pharmaceutical's (TPE:1795) subsidiary, Lotus International, will reduce its capital by $70 million, according to a Wednesday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.The reduction involves the cancellation of 70 million shares as part of the group's capital utilization plan.Following the reduction, Lotus International's share capital will stand at $16.1 million.
