King Yuan Electronics (TPE:2449) has agreed to acquire 708 sets of machinery and test equipment from Advantest Taiwan for around NT$3.3 billion, according to a Friday filing with the Taiwan Exchange.
The semiconductor testing company will use the equipment for its production needs.
