Kina Securities Lists Papua New Guinea's First Wholesale Corporate Bond

-- Kina Securities' (ASX:KSL) 235 million Papua New Guinean Kina, 10-year unsecured subordinated wholesale corporate bond was listed on PNGX Markets, the operator of Papua New Guinea's national stock exchange, on Wednesday, according to a Thursday Australian bourse filing.

This represents Papua New Guinea's first listed wholesale corporate bond.

The firm expects the issuance to support its balance sheet strength, capital management objectives, and the growth of its banking and financial services operations.

Its shares rose 1% in recent trading on Thursday.
