KGI Financial (TPE:2883) unit KGI Finance approved an additional $6 million investment in the KGI Global Alpha Opportunities Fund to meet business needs.
The fund's unit price and the number of units will be determined after the subscription period closes, according to a Tuesday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Following the latest investment, KGI Finance's total commitment to the related-party fund will increase to $26 million.
