Keytop Parking (HKG:2272) raised HK$340 million in net proceeds from its initial public offering in Hong Kong, according to a Thursday after-market filing with the Hong Kong Exchange.
The smart parking space operator priced its IPO at HK$39.55 per share, issuing 10.1 million shares.
The Hong Kong public offering portion of the deal was 2,115.21 times subscribed, resulting in a final allocation of 1.01 million shares.
The international offering was 5.56 times subscribed, with 9.1 million shares allocated.
Keytop Parking is set to debut on the Hong Kong bourse today, June 26.
