Keymed Biosciences (HKG:2162) said its Phase 2 trial of CM512, a TSLP/IL-13 bispecific antibody, in patients with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps met all study endpoints, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
CM512 rapidly reduced nasal polyp size and nasal congestion, with efficacy from a single dose sustained for six months.
The drug also showed favorable safety and tolerability, with no serious adverse events reported in treatment groups.
