Kerjaya Prospek (KLSE:KERJAYA) unit Kerjaya Prospek (M) accepted a 529.3 million ringgit building contract from BRDB Developments for a residential project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The contract covers construction of eight villa blocks with 146 units, along with car parks, basement parking, a clubhouse, and shared facilities, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.
The deal works begin on June 15, and are scheduled for completion within 33 months, it said.
