Kerjaya Prospek Unit Bags MYR488 Million Building Contract

Kerjaya Prospek Group (KLSE:KERJAYA) unit Kerjaya Prospek (M)secured a 488.4 million ringgit building contract from Persada Mentari for a development project in Penang, Malaysia.

The contract covers two phases of works, including 46-storey serviced apartment blocks, parking facilities and related commercial and recreational spaces.

Construction is set to begin on July 1, according to a Tuesday Malaysian bourse filing.

The project is scheduled for completion within 42 months, and is expected to contribute positively to earnings for financial years 2026 to 2029.
