Kerjaya Prospek (KLSE:KERJAYA) unit Kerjaya Prospek (M) secured a 37.8 million contract from Persada Mentari for piling and substructure works in Penang, Malaysia.
The contract covers a 38-storey affordable housing block with 922 units and related facilities, according to a Monday filing.
Deal works start on Oct. 1, and are scheduled for completion within 24 months, it said.

South Korea's main stock market, the Korea Exchange, will enable trading till 8 pm following the regular close at 3:30 pm from Monday, in its move toward 24-hour trading, Bloomberg News reported Sunday.This decision opens 2,400 Korea Composite Stock Price Index, or Kospi, and Kosdaq stocks for evening trades, which include short-selling.
