Kerjaya Prospek to Acquire Remaining Stake in Tanjung Bungah Development

Kerjaya Prospek (KLSE:KERJAYA) agreed to buy the remaining 40% stake in Tanjung Bungah Development from Aspen Vision Tanjung, alongside terminating the earlier joint venture agreements tied to the Penang project.

The deal, valued at a nominal 80 ringgit, follows the settlement of shareholder loans and completion of termination deeds.

Once completed, Tanjung Bungah Development will become a wholly owned unit under Kerjaya Prospek Ventures.

The group said the move, subject to approvals and market conditions, streamlines ownership, the filing said.
