Keppel (SGX:BN4) completed the voluntary liquidation of wholly-owned subsidiary, Double Peak Holdings, according to a Tuesday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
The company had earlier reported plans to liquidate the subsidiary in a filing from Jan. 7.

Formosa Pharmaceuticals (TPE:6838) received approval from Taiwan's Ministry of Health and Welfare for a drug to treat inflammation and pain following ocular surgery, according to a Monday Taiwan Exchange filing.Shares gained about 3% in Tuesday's late morning trade.The drug dubbed APP13007, is marketed as BYQLOVI Ophthalmic Suspension 0.05%.Financial details and accumulated development costs were not disclosed.
