Kelsian Group Secures FIRB Clearance for Tourism Portfolio Sale

Kelsian Group (ASX:KLS) said the Australian Treasurer, following advice from the Foreign Investment Review Board (FIRB), has raised no objection to its proposed divestment of its tourism portfolio to Journey Beyond, according to a Thursday filing with the Australian bourse.

Completion remains subject to obtaining change-of-control consents for key contracts and authorizations, as well as other customary conditions precedent, and is currently expected in the first half of fiscal 2027, the filing added.
