Kelsian Group (ASX:KLS) logged AU$0.409 in earnings per share before amortization for fiscal 2026, compared with AU$0.35 a year ago, a Wednesday filing showed.
For the 12 months ended June 30, revenue from ordinary activities was AU$2.4 billion versus AU$2.21 billion previously, the Australia-listed public transport services provider added.
The board declared a final dividend of AU$0.10 per share, up from AU$0.095 a year earlier, payable Oct. 21 to shareholders of record as of Sept. 15.
The company expects fiscal 2027 underlying earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) between AU$320 million and AU$335 million, with capex of about AU$123 million, including AU$15 million deferred from fiscal 2026.
