Kedali's Convertible Bond to Close Trade

Shenzhen Kedali Industry (SHE:002850) said the Keli Convertible Bonds' last day of trading will be on Tuesday, June 9, according to a same-day Shenzhen bourse filing.

Investors are allowed to exercise conversion rights before the market closes on June 12.

The convertible bonds will be redeemed early on June 15 for 101.41 yuan per bond.

The convertible bonds' abbreviation will be changed to Z Li Convertible Bond on its last trading day.

The battery structural component manufacturer's shares fell 2% during the morning trade.
