Keda Completes Transfer of Reserved Grant Shares

Keda Industrial Group (SHA:600499) completed the transfer of reserved grant shares that were part of its 2025 employee stock ownership plan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.

The Chinese clean energy technology developer's shares fell 2% at the close of Monday's trade.

The reserved grant shares were worth about 47.3 million yuan.

About 12 million underlying shares, valued at 3.95 yuan each, were granted to 162 participants.

Agri-machinery company Escorts Kubota's (NSE:ESCORTS, BOM:500495) total sales grew 18.9% to 12,310 tractors in May against 10,354 tractors sold a year ago, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.The company's shares were down by nearly 3% in recent trade.Domestic sales in April rose 22.5% year-on-year to 11,887 units, while exports dropped 35% to 423 units.Escorts' construction equipment division also jumped 40.2% year-on-year to 450 units from 321 units.
