KDX Realty Investment (TYO:8972) has secured new borrowings totaling 11.9 billion yen across six series from multiple lenders, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Thursday.
The REIT has agreed to borrow from Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp., Mizuho Trust & Banking, Aozora Bank, MUFG Bank and Mizuho Bank, with contracts signed on Aug. 27.
The borrowings, which include green loans with interest rates based on JPY TIBOR plus spreads ranging from 0.10% to 0.154%, will be used to repay existing debt maturing on Aug. 31.
The REIT also plans to redeem 1 billion in investment corporation bonds and repay 40 million yen in borrowings using cash on hand.
