KDX Realty Investment (TYO:8972) has agreed to acquire KDX Logistics Sapporo Kiyota (Land) for 1.17 billion yen and dispose of Prima Meat Packers Kinki Center for 1.13 billion yen.
The acquisition and disposal are expected to close on Sept. 18, 2026 and March 29, 2027, respectively, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The REIT intends to use cash for the acquisition and will keep the proceeds from the disposal as cash in hand.
The acquisition is a leased land asset with inflation-linked rent adjustments and long-term growth potential, while the disposition involves an aging logistics facility whose master lease expires in March 2027.
Following the transactions, the company's portfolio will comprise 342 properties worth 1.216 trillion yen.
