South Korean chemical and auto parts manufacturer KCC (KRX:002380) secured a contract to build new office facilities in Districts 11 and 12 of the Yangdong area, Seoul, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.
The contract, valued at 153.9 billion won, is valid till Jan. 31, 2031.
Shares of KCC fell nearly 2% at market close.

Carimin Petroleum (KLSE:CARIMIN) has proposed to fully privatize offshore marine support provider Sealink International (KLSE:SEALINK) in a cash deal valued at 165 million ringgit, according to a Tuesday filing with Bursa Malaysia.Shares slid over 1% in Wednesday's midday trade.Under the proposed members' scheme of arrangement, Carimin will acquire the remaining 80.5% stake it does not already own in the latter at 0.41 ringgit per share in cash.Following the takeover, Sealink International is expected to be delisted from Bursa Malaysia and will become Carmin Petroleum's unit.The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter, subject to regulatory clearances, it added.
Ceigall India (NSE:CEIGALL, BOM:544223) has secured an order worth 1.25 billion Indian rupees from Punjab State Power Corporation, according to a filing to the Indian stock exchanges.The contract entails setting up a 50 MW standalone battery energy storage system (BESS) in Punjab, India. The company will also operate, maintain, and supply power for 12 years.The project will be executed in 18 months.The company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent trade.
