KCC (KRX:002380) will transfer platinum and rhodium to its affiliate KCC Glass in a transaction valued at 56.4 billion won between October 2026 and February 2027, according to a Korea bourse filing on Thursday.
The sale is aimed at disposing of idle assets, resulting in a decrease in assets and receipt of sale proceeds, the company said.
Payment will be made in three instalments, with 30% as an advance, 60% as an interim payment, and 10% as the balance, KCC said.
