Kandenko (TYO:1942) posted a 4.2% year-over-year rise in attributable profit for the fiscal first quarter to 13.2 billion yen from 12.7 billion yen.
Earnings per share were 66.25 yen, compared with 61.91 yen a year earlier, according to a Tokyo bourse filing on Friday.
Net sales fell 4.5% to 158.0 billion yen from 165.6 billion yen for the three months ended June 30.
For the fiscal year ending March 31, 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 65.0 billion yen, EPS of 326.61 yen, and net sales of 780.0 billion yen.
The company plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 65 yen per share each for the current year.
Shares of the facilities construction company fell more than 2% in recent trade.
