Kakao Games (KOSDAQ:A293490) named Kim Tae-hwan and Lee Si-woo as co-chief executive officers, effective June 22, according to a same-day filing with the Korean Exchange.
They succeed Han Sang-woo, the filing said.

South Korean software company Innoax (KOSDAQ:296640) secured a contract from Samsung SDS (KRX:018260) to enhance the Samsung Life Insurance front-core system, according to a Monday filing with the Korean Exchange.The contract, valued at 3.48 billion won, is valid till Dec. 21, 2027.Shares of Innoax fell nearly 1% in recent trade.
