Shanghai Junshi Biosciences (HKG:1877, SHA:688180) completed the issuance of its 2026 second tranche of technology innovation bonds and received the proceeds on Tuesday, according to a Wednesday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company issued the three-year bonds with a total principal amount of 300 million yuan at an interest rate of 2.59%.
The bonds will mature on July 22, 2029, the filing showed.
Grenergy Renovables (GRE.MC) said Tuesday it registered a green note program of up to 200 million euros with the Alternative Fixed Income Market.Filed on Monday, the Spanish renewable energy group's sixth green note program is subject to a financing framework in line with the green financing principles of the Loan Market Association and the International Capital Market Association.
Hercules Capital (HTGC) said late Tuesday it has priced an underwritten public offering of $325 million of 6.300% notes due in July 2031.The company said it plans to use the net proceeds to repay debt, fund investments and for general corporate purposes.It expects to close the offering on July 24.
