JSW Infrastructure (NSE:JSWINFRA, BOM:543994) received a letter of award from Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port Authority for the integrated development of the Outer Container Terminal and Berths 1 to 5 at Netaji Subhash Dock in Kolkata, India.
The project will be developed under a public-private partnership model on a design-build-finance-operate-transfer basis. The concession period is 30 years, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday, and is expected to be executed within 30 days.
Shares of the company jumped over 6% in recent trade.
