JSW Infrastructure (BOM:543994, NSE:JSWINFRA) has signed an agreement to acquire the entire share capital of JSW Overseas FZE from JSW Terminal (Middle East) FZE, according to a Saturday filing.
The transaction is subject to approvals from relevant authorities in India and the UAE. Upon completion, JSW Overseas will become a direct wholly owned subsidiary of JSW Infrastructure.
