JR Global REIT Subsidiary Receives Audit Disclaimer Over Belgian Asset Valuation Dispute

By

JR Global REIT (KRX:348950) external auditor Deloitte Bedrijfsrevisoren issued a disclaimer of opinion on the 2025 financial statements of key subsidiaries Finance Tower Belgium NV and Tour des Finances NV, according to a Korea bourse filing on Tuesday.

The audit decision follows a dispute over a late-2025 appraisal of the Finance Tower, which comprises about 96% of the subsidiary's assets, after a valuation by the lender group's expert showed a significant discrepancy from prior figures.

The subsidiary has "strongly objected" and is taking legal action, JR Global said.

Deloitte withheld an opinion due to the magnitude and significance of uncertainty regarding the subsidiary's going-concern status, borrowing agreement compliance, and debt repayment capacity, according to the filing.
