Shenzhen JPT Opto-Electronics (SHA:688025) two shareholders plan to trim their stake in the company, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.
The Chinese laser equipment maker's shares closed 7% lower on Monday.
Xiamen Tongju Tongyuan Consulting Management Partnership (Limited Partnership) plans to offload 950,000 shares, or 1% of the company's total shares. Meanwhile, Vice Chairman Liu Jian will divest 500,000 shares, or 0.53%.
The shares will be offloaded through centralized bidding or block trades within three months.
Currently, Xiamen Tongju owns 12,477,042 shares, or 13.13% of the company's total share capital, while Liu holds 2,590,198 shares, or 2.73%.
