Jones Lang LaSalle's (JLL) capital markets group said Thursday it secured an $870 million senior construction loan for Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin, a residential development project in Austin, Texas.

JLL, along with co-advisers Cobalt Equities and Adelaide Real Estate, represented the developers, Austin Capital Partners and Lincoln Property, in arranging the financing through TYKO Capital, an affiliate of Elliott Investment Management.
