Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) said Tuesday it has launched its Shockwave C2 Aero Coronary IVL Catheter, expanding its intravascular lithotripsy portfolio for the treatment of calcified coronary artery disease.
The next-generation catheter is designed to enhance deliverability, lesion crossing, and balloon repositioning, the company said.
Shockwave C2 Aero is now available in the US and Japan and will be available in Europe and Canada in the coming months, it said.
