Johan (KLSE:JOHAN) unit Diners Club (Malaysia) completed the acquisition of the remaining 20% equity interest in Lumut Park Resort from its existing shareholders, according to a Thursday Malaysian bourse filing.
Following deal completion, Lumut Park Resort has become an indirect subsidiary of Johan.
According to an earlier filing, Diners Club (Malaysia) agreed to buy the stake for 3.3 million ringgit.
