Joby Aviation Partners With Atoms to Develop US Vertiport Network

Joby Aviation (JOBY) said Tuesday it partnered with Atoms to acquire and develop US vertiport sites to support its electric air taxi operations.

Financial terms of the partnership were not disclosed.

The companies will initially focus on Florida, New York, Texas and California, where Joby is preparing early operations under the White House-backed eVTOL Integration Pilot Program.

Joby Aviation shares were up more than 5% in Tuesday trading.
