JK Tyre & Industries Posts Higher Consolidated Profit in Fiscal Q4

JK Tyre & Industries (NSE:JKTYRE, BOM:530007) reported an increase in attributable consolidated profit to 1.78 billion Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter ended March 31, from 987.8 million rupees in the same period last year, according to a Tuesday filing on the Indian bourses.

Earnings per share climbed to 6.25 rupees from 3.47 rupees a year earlier.

Revenue from operations in fiscal Q4 increased year on year to 42.2 billion rupees from 37.6 billion rupees, the filing said.

The board also recommended a dividend of 4 rupees per share for the financial year ended March 31.

Pharmicell Wins KRW6.99 Billion Electronic Materials Supply Contract from Doosan Electro-Materials

South Korean biotechnology company Pharmicell (KRX:005690) secured a contract worth 6.99 billion won from Doosan Electro-Materials (Changshu) to supply electronic material components to China, according to a Wednesday filing with the Korea Exchange.The deal represents 6.13% of Pharmicell's total sales in 2025. The contract is valid till July 31, the filing said.
