Sichuan Jiuyuan Yinhai Software.(SHE:002777) said its two largest shareholders are planning to sell some of their stakes, totaling 25%, in the company.
Jiuyuan Group plans to sell 17.16% of the company, while Ruifeng Group intends to offload another 7.84%, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shenzhen bourse.
Both sellers are wholly state-owned units of the China Academy of Engineering Physics.
Shares of the software developer jumped 10% in recent trade.
