Jinhong Gas' Actual Controllers to Transfer Company Stake for 510 Million Yuan

-- Jinhong Gas' (SHA:688106) actual controllers agreed to transfer 5.29% of the company for 510 million yuan.

The controllers, Jin Xianghua and Jin Jianping, transferred 25,500,000 shares for 20 yuan per share to Jinan Qianyuanhui Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.

After the transaction, the combined stake of the controllers will be reduced to 25.24% from 30%.

The industrial gas producer's shares fell over 2% at the close.
