Jinduicheng Molybdenum (SHA:601958) will inject 782 million yuan in capital into investee company Anhui Jinsha Molybdenum, according to a Tuesday disclosure to the Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The capital injection forms part of a 2.3 billion yuan capital increase Jinsha is undertaking, and Jinduicheng's contribution is proportional to its 34% stake in Jinsha.
The capital boost will strengthen Jinsha's capital base and help expedite a molybdenum mine project.
Shares fell 3% during morning trading on Tuesday.
